  1. I am not a novice to yoga, but it has been awhile since I have used its principles. I am on the road to recovery! Recently started my journey for my BS in Nutrition Science and have started a pilates regiman. I will be going to youtube to see her videos, but would love the DVD to teach my granddaughter.

  2. I love your yoga sequences. It helps me tremendously in my own personal practice as well as teaching yoga!! And your quotes are so inspiring. Peace, Wendy Chapman

  3. I love Sadies youtube videos. She has helped me take my practice to new levels! This new DVD looks amazing.

  4. It’s always a joy to learn from other practitioners! If Yoga Basics recommends the Total Body Transformation & Weight Loss DVD, then I want to learn from it. Vinyasa has become such a foundational part of my week, I can’t imagine going without. What other master’s can teach me improves my own practice and experience. This will touch so many others as I share what I’ve learned with my own students!

  5. Just when I was perfecting some advanced poses, I was in an auto accident,(hit by drunk driver), on July 19th, and I have recovered from most injuries, but am still struggling with the healing of my shattered right ulnar bone. Core strength is something I could work on without any problems, and this dvd would sure help!

  6. A month after the death of my mother, I was sitting at the computer and thought I was having a heart attack. I went to the hospital. The following morning my doctor came in and asked me what the H— was going on with me. Basically it boiled down to I had not dealt with my mother’s death and I had an anxiety attack. My doctor told me that I needed to find a way to deal with it. He said that when you suppress things like this, they can affect you physically. That is when I decided to give yoga a try. It is said that good can come out of bad. Well I have to say that I am so gratefull to have found yoga for ALL aspects of my life! There is comfort and solace in yoga. I have found it to be a true blessing! Namaste

  7. I am a beginner and I would love to start with this DVD and involve my wife and sister thanks.

    Love and Light

  8. Hi,

I am a yoga teacher always looking for new ways to tone the core. When I ask my classes if they want to work on anything particular, they often mention their middle section. I also could use some toning in this area myself. Too many Trader Joe’s gram crackers (they are sooooo good) Good luck to everyone! Thanks for all the great tips.
