  1. Just got home from yoga class. I’m fairly new to meditation, but just commented to my teacher after class that I’m feeling drawn to practice at home daily, not just in class. The iPhone apps sound like a perfect way to get started for this beginner!

  2. For the past 8 months I have grown away from a regular yoga practice and meditation. My husband and I relocated and my routine was pretty much thrown out the window. I had been consistent before this for about 1 1/2 years and felt better mentally and physically than I ever had. For some reason I have a desire to pick it back up but my motivation is poor physically. Also when I try to meditate I feel sick to my stomach and lack focus.
