Would you love to practice yoga in an temple in India? Imagine yourself there by watching this inspirational video of Andrea Panzer practicing during one of her annual trips to Mysore. Serenaded by a musician playing a traditional raga on the sarood, German born Panzer effortlessly flows through a Ashtanga Vinyasa sequence. It is wonderful to see such a beautifully filmed and produced video featuring the practice of an older yogini.
