Marlysa Sullivan joined the YogaBasics.com team in October 2008. Marlysa is a physical therapist, yoga instructor and yoga therapist working in Atlanta, Ga. She is our site’s anatomy expert and will be sharing her extensive knowledge of the neuromusculoskeletal system with the philosophy and practice of yoga. Her full anatomy course is taught as part of the Pranakriya Yoga 500-hour advanced teacher training program. Marlysa is on the adjunct faculty at Georgia State University in the Physical Therapy Department where she assists in several courses as well as teaches the application of yoga into physical therapy practice.
