These eggs would be a great prop for my 67 year old mother. The curved shape of the Egg looks as if it would be gentle on an aging body.

What a great idea! I use my retangular block all the time during my practice. How smart to have a soft curved block to help with proper alignment and support!

I have often wondered about these eggs, I teach using blocks and straps, bolster in my classes to show my students that their practice is better when they don't try to fight their body so they can feel the posture....I wondered how the eggs would work...but they are a little expensive...this is why I love this site. You always present items in a way we can try them without the "hype" of advertising!! thanks!! I hope the person selected gives us a review!! :)

I use a yoga bolster for my back and lower extremeties. The regimen of yoga exercises that I have learned from my trainer and classes I've taken at my fitness center have restored my flexibility and I have been pain free from lower back involvement for 2 years, w/o any medication. I am open to any additional resources that will help to enhance my overall fitness and improve my core strength. Thanks for these enticing offers. I get a lot of new ideas and exercises from your website. Thanks! JWH48

I have a congenital spinal issue and 3ME have helped me with my restorative yoga asanas. They're soft to the touch and firm so that I can enhance my postures and so lightweight that not only are they easy to move around, but also to carry. Thank you Jason for making a product that makes sense and works!

Why don't my local studios have these? If i got lucky,Iid be taking them to several studios, because square blocks are uncomfortable for most of the uses i've tried(okay for standing on). Unsure of which firmness to try & too poor to try them all.

Yogic Wisdom
Surrender appears easy because people imagine that, once they say with their lips ‘I surrender’ and put their burdens on their Lord, they can be free and do what they like. But the fact is that you can have no likes or dislikes after your surrender; your will should become completely non-existent, the Lord’s will taking its place.
