Yoga Sequences completed Print E-mail
Just a quick update on our continuing work to transfer the premium yoga content to the new site. We have completed the transfer of the entire Yoga Sequences section and have made some improvements and refinements while transferring the contents over. We found and fixed several errors in these pages, but as we are human, it is possible that additional errors were generated porting these pages over by hand. If you notice any errors please use the "add comment" form on the page that you find the error on to report it. We are now starting to transfer over the premium contents of our Yoga Therapy section, and will post again when this section is completed.

Yogic Wisdom
Patience can't be acquired overnight. It is just like building up a muscle. Every day you need to work on it.
Eknath Easwaran

Ahimsa, the yogic practice of non violence must be adhered to when engaging in the practice of hatha yoga. Respect your body's limitations and inner wisdom, if something feels wrong or dangerous, please do not do it.
Please consult your health care practitioner before starting a yoga, pranayama or other exercise program.
