I love yoga DVD's! They allow me to explore at my own pace and practice before anyone in the house gets up. Plus they usually lead me to buying other DVD's for variety.

I have been doing yoga for about 7 years and have found that it can be life saving! The past 10 years I have been losing my eyesight and it has been one of the most difficult things to deal with. The past 12 years I have been a professional photographer (started being a photographer in 1980)...very difficult to do when losing your sight! Yoga has allowed me to feel like a million dollars! Even under the circumstances. It has given peace in body and mind. It requires diligence...staying power. It is not always easy to do. I love using DVD's to learn new practices. This would be great to follow and possible learn some new techniques. Thanks for offering!

Yogic Wisdom
The meaning of our self is not to be found in its separateness from God and others, but in the ceaseless realisation of yoga, of union; not on the side of the canvas where it is blank, but on the side where the picture is being painted.
