Yogic Arts - Source Power |

This follow-up to Duncan Wong’s first DVD uses the same high quality production and artistic filming to create a beautiful and stunning experience. Source Power is definitely an intermediate to advanced practice with its challenging, fast paced and complex sequences. Fortunately the most complex and intricate movements are repeated several times making them easier to follow and learn. The overall class format is very similar to Awakening Level, but this DVD goes much deeper through the almost doubling of its practice length (100 minutes) as well as its inclusion of more advanced and diverse yoga and martial arts moves. Even if this practice is a bit beyond your skill level, it can still serve as a motivation to further your practice as well as an inspiration for incorporating creative posture variations and unique transitions between poses.

In truth, it matters les what we do in practice than how we do it and why we do it. The same posture, the same sequence, the same meditation with a different intention takes on an entirely new meaning and will have entirely different outcomes. Donna Farhi |
