yoga "causing" sulfur burps
yoga "causing" sulfur burps
Hi there,

i have a really strange question.

So i did yoga about 5-6 years ago pretty religiously for a long time before that; and then i stopped for not very good reasons.

Anyways, i started up again recently, looking to lose weight because not doing it has obviously made me gain a lot of weight. So i am pretty familiar with yoga generally.

This problem i am asking about didn't happen when i used to do yoga. Only since i have recently started, i now have sulfur burps that occur for a couple hours after doing yoga and then they go away. I know my body is expelling something or expelling the sulfur burps, probably because yoga is making that air come out of my body. HOWEVER, i was wondering why yoga is causing it to expel as opposed to it coming out on its own or what would be the cause of the burps, since i don't really get them very often or at all without the yoga. Anybody familiar with this or know anything about sulfur burps as it relates to yoga?

They taste and smell terrible, so at least i'm lucky enough to do yoga in my home, heh.

i have had my gall bladder taken out due to too many gall stones since i stopped doing yoga last time, so I don't know if i am just having some digestion problems from not having a gall bladder anymore, or what. Maybe yoga is bringing to my attention digestion problems i would otherwise be missing? Any thoughts?

Thank you for any insight you might be able to give me. If you have a question before you give me a response, please don't be shy and ask me, because i am happy to answer any that you might have if you can help me with this.
