Hi all,
I have a question about starting Yoga late in life. I used to do Pilates for several years and used to fill in as a teacher occasionally. It has been a long time since I have done any though. Now I am starting Yoga, have tapes and will start a class as soon as I have the stretches from the tapes down. My real question is I know it takes time to be good at something and am hoping to become good at this. I will be doing this everyday and want to eventually get to at least the intermediate stage. Do you think this is possible? Thank you

Hi cody11,
I commend you for starting a yoga practice and striving towards attaining an intermediate level. Yes, it certainly is possible to attain that level of practice if you are practicing every day. But a lot has to do with what level of strength, flexibility and focus that you are starting with.
Best of luck and namaste!

Thank you so very much for your answer. This has given me the extra push to pursue this. I thought it was possible but needed conformation from an expert. So thanks again I am on my way.
