sleeping after yoga
Hi there! I was wondering if you could tell me why after I get home from yoga I seem to want to sleep for a couple hours? Does this get better with time? I just got back into it. Thanks

Re:sleeping after yoga
It sounds like the class might be too draining for you. I would suggest backing off a bit or finding a class that isn't as challenging. Ideally you should feel relaxed, calm and energized after a yoga class.
Namaste,
Timothy
