Element: Yoga for Beginners
Yoga for Beginners is a great DVD for those who are looking to start a yoga practice while being challenged and engaged. This DVD practice starts out slow and gentle with a pranayama (breathing) practice and an excellent series of warm-up movements. Once the body is warmed and energized, the practice moves into more challenging standing poses, and then ends with a good mix of floor poses and a final relaxation. Elena Brower has a calm and soothing voice throughout the practice and gives clear and descriptive instructions and cues in this 50-minute program. Even though this DVD is titled “ Yoga for Beginners” this is such an excellent class that more advanced yogis would enjoy doing on a regular basis too.

This sounds like a great DVD to try. Also I heard there's a CD coming out by Kosmic Music called Sacred Blessings. I can't wait to get that either. It has interfaith songs picked by inspirational speaker Anthony Robbins, which makes me think it's going to be great!
