Hi! I am elated to find this site. I have been interrested in yoga and meditation for a while now but never got the guts to start. I still havent but I found Jane's House and I plan to go check it out soon. I thought I could maybe try it out at home first. So they prize would be perfect! :) I've been having some problems lately and I don't sleep and my mind just wanders all over the place, no concentration, etc. So I was told that maybe yoga and meditation will help me? I'm hoping so! This site is great with all the information I'm finding out. I love it!
