We will re-string and re-tassel your mala and replace any missing or damaged beads.  Please note the following:

• If there is extensive bead loss (more than 10%) we will need to charge you extra (usually $5-$10 depending on the type and quantity of beads) to replace them.  
• If beads need replacing we will do our best to match beads from our current inventory.  
• We do not repair / restring malas with knots in-between the beads.  
• If your mala was not purchased from us please contact us to see if we can re-string it.

The mala repair fee includes return shipping via USPS 1st class mail.
