I want to learn how to meditate. The voice of the instructor is very relaxing, very clear, very calming. I had a excellent meditation moment.

I always wondered why my friend yogi enjoyed the pranayama branch so much. I did not know that ida and pengala related to the pathway to the left and right "nostril" respectively. I will take more time to respect the relationship between breathing and the chakras now. But the word Kundilini is still a mystery to me. Thank you for the audio on breathing.

Whether things get better or worse depends to a considerable extent on our own actions. The recommendation of a yoga practice follows the principle that through practice we can learn to stay present in every moment, and thereby achieve much that we were previously incapable of. T.K.V. Desikachar |
