Hi there I enjoy this site a great deal, however, I am hoping that some new sequences could be developed. It has been a while since new ones were posted. Any thoughts of this happening? namaste

Yes, we can work on getting some new sequences up on the site. What specifically are you looking for (level, focus, etc.)?

Hi Timothy and thank you for the prompt response! Level- Intermediate/Advanced. sequencing- vinyasa flow type influence? I remember there were some poses on here that were listed in the practice section that seemed to be a bit more challenging then the ones on here now. Do you recall why these were removed? I would like to see them back too if that is possible! I know, lots of requests! What about if some folks that are members shared some sequencing? Would you be interested in that? Thanks again!

We are still working on transfering over the existing premium membership content to this new site. Its a long process of click-cut-paste, but we will get those more advanced poses up on the this site, as well as some new intermediate to advanced sequences. I will probably need to use these for any advanced sequences so it will make the process take a bit more time.
I'm fine with members sharing sequences, I'm just not sure of the best way to do that. Certainly starting a post thread would work to submit and share them and I could format and list the best ones in the sequencing section. Thoughts?

The best things in life are nearest: Breath in your nostrils, light in your eyes, flowers at your feet, duties at your hand, the path of right just before you. Then do not grasp at the stars, but do life's plain, common work as it comes, certain that daily duties and daily bread are the sweetest things in life.
