I joined the as a prem. mem. on 6-4-08 however I cannot get to the site. Evertime I go to "old premium membership site", which I used to be able to do, now it redirects me back to the basic site. What am I doing wrong. How do I get to the Premium site? Thanks

I am super frustrated because as a premium member i have considerable difficulty accessing the premium content. you have suggested I email and or post on the message boards. I seem to have intermittent access and it's driving me crazy! yesterday i could access the sequences, today it keeps telling me to log in as a premium member (which is done, I am logged in)...is anyone else having this issue? I am using the same computer i used yesterday, what could the explanation be for getting shut out of premium content on an intermittent basis?! I did receive an email with instructions on clearing cache and a few other settings to adjust- it seems odd that I have to change preferences every time I want to access the site. there must be an easier way! in 24 hours what could have changed??!!

...I feel like a pest but this is making me crazy! I was able to access AUTUMN sequence without even being logged in... next, in an attempt to access another special sequence it requested "premium member" log in. Which I did- to no avail. I know the content is good but it isn't helping me at all if I cannot access it. I am frustrated, and confused- why is this so erratic?

Hi Dawn, I just emailed you about this issue. You have 2 accounts and one is expired so make sure you are logging in using the correct account. I've checked this issue on my computer and things are all working properly so the issue sounds like it is with your computer. If you are having to re-set the settings then there is something on your computer that is changing them back for some reason, and I don't know what that could be, perhaps a virus of some sort? But if you were switching between the two membership accounts it would explain this behavior.

What is the difference between basic members and premium members? Are there any privileges that comes with it? Do you gain access to "cooler" stuff?
