Hi there, I really love this site and everything that you offer. I am wondering if there are going to be any new sequences made available? I was also wondering if maybe members could post various vinyasa sequences? I would be happy to contribute if there is any interest. Thanks for the great work~
Sorry, did not scroll down enough! This probably should have gone in the other section, entitled improving the site.

Dear reggaeyogagirl,
Thanks for all your kind words, I'm happy you are enjoying the site.
We are working on transferring the premium content over to the new site, and once that is completed we will work more on developing new content, including new pose sequences.
I'm definitely open to users posting their own sequences, but I'm not sure what the best way to go about doing that. Any thoughts??

Yogic Wisdom |
You cannot understand life and its mysteries as long as you try to grasp it. Indeed, you cannot grasp it, just as you cannot walk off with a river in a bucket. If you try to capture running water in a bucket, it is clear that you do not understand it and that you will always be disappointed, for in the bucket the water does not run. To "have" running water you must let go of it and let it run.

Ahimsa, the yogic practice of non violence must be adhered to when engaging in the practice of hatha yoga. Respect your body's limitations and inner wisdom, if something feels wrong or dangerous, please do not do it.
Please consult your health care practitioner before starting a yoga, pranayama or other exercise program.
