Advice?
I have been looking for a teacher training program and am having a very difficult time. Could anyone offer advice on how to begin to find the best program that suits me personally and how to narrow down the options. Thanks!

Re:Advice?
I'd recommend asking the yoga teachers in your area where they did their training, especially teachers that you really like.
Namaste,
Timothy

Yogic Wisdom
It’s also helpful to realize that this body that we have, this very body that’s sitting here right now in this room, this very body that perhaps aches, and this mind that we have at this very moment, are exactly what we need to be fully human, fully awake, and fully alive.

Ahimsa, the yogic practice of non violence must be adhered to when engaging in the practice of hatha yoga. Respect your body's limitations and inner wisdom, if something feels wrong or dangerous, please do not do it.
Please consult your health care practitioner before starting a yoga, pranayama or other exercise program.
