Yoga Lessons
We have just launched a new section on YogaBasics.com: Yoga Lessons. http://www.yogabasics.com/explore/yoga-lessons/

If you have a Yoga Lesson to share with us teachers, please post it here. Please keep it simple and brief, as experience shows that long planned out lessons usually don't work. A general theme linked to some quotes and practices will be most helpful for us yoga teachers.

If you use the same format as our Yoga Lessons, we may consider publishing it on the Yoga Lessons page, with your permission of course. Any published lessons will be credited to the author and compensated accordingly.
Namaste,
Timothy

Yogic Wisdom
The challenge, and the opportunity, that Yoga presents to us is the possibility of breaking the conditioning cycle. We do this by becoming aware of the depth and pervasiveness of our patterns and, at the same time, by working to change them. And true transformation begins at the moment that we become aware of our actual condition.
Gary Kraftsow

Ahimsa, the yogic practice of non violence must be adhered to when engaging in the practice of hatha yoga. Respect your body's limitations and inner wisdom, if something feels wrong or dangerous, please do not do it.
Please consult your health care practitioner before starting a yoga, pranayama or other exercise program.
