Stress in chest is relieved, but rises to throat.
I had a feeling of stress in my chest. It is a heavy feeling. I did the backbend to stretch my chest, and now the feeling has gone up from my chest to my neck. I am new to yoga and do not understand why, nor know any exercises for my throat. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi brightside,

I'm not very clear about what is happening to you, but if you are looking for a neck exercise you can try the Lion pose.
