There are a few DVDs on yoga therapy on amazon.com, some seem really simple and too general, some are chair yoga, some are restorative yoga, and some have many sequences. Does anyone have a recommendation for a good DVD that covers a lot. I wanna buy on amazon.com because I have a gift certificate and I am having some trouble navigating it because there is so much yoga.

Yoga therapy is a very specialized approach that tailors a yoga practice to your individual needs. I think this is why you are only finding simple and general approaches in the DVDs. If you are looking for yoga DVD to address a specific condition (i.e. back pain) then refine your search with those words.

If you suscribe to DirectTV, there is a channel dedicated to yoga and then you can save some money on the yoga DVDs!
