Cysts
I have a client with multiple cysts - throughout her body. Both externally on the skin and also throughout organs. She's had a hysterectomy but is now being told she has a rather large cyst growing in her abdomen.
To me, I see this as stagnant energy. Definitely related to the reproductive and abdominal area. I know postures to suggest for this and she also comes to regular yoga classes. I'm also guessing here that vinyasa is appropriate as it will move lymph, circulate blood and help enliven stagnation.
Any other ideas, suggestions or sequences would be so appreciated.

Yogic Wisdom
Practicing yoga postures with deep sensitivity to the breath is ten times more beneficial than postures done without breath awareness.
