You should go to a doctor to find the cause of the problem.

Dear muqing_bovy,

You should follow northernyogi's advice and have your doctor check you out to find out the source of the problem. Without a clear diagnosis, it is impossible to recommend any yoga poses to you.
Namaste,
Timothy
