styles of yoga
I am new to yoga and understand "Hatha" yoga, but I am also aware there are many styles of Hatha yoga. What style is this website base on?

This website addresses all of the paths of yoga, but as there is a lot of information on the yoga poses and pranayamas it's emphasis would be more on the Hatha yoga side.
