| Audio for sequences?
|
|
|
I notice that there are audio clips to go along with the warm up sequences and some of the other focused sequences. Is this something that you will be doing for all the sequences you have posted or just the ones already there?
For someone who is doing yoga from home, I would find these audio accompaniments very beneficial noth to help pace the timing of the sequences, but also enable me to not have to refer to the printouts that I have made for my yoga practice.
Thank you.

We hope to eventually have audio downloads for most of the sequences. Our priority right now is to continue to transfer the premium content from the old website to this new one. Once completed we will work on adding new premium content to the site, including new audio tracks.

Yogic Wisdom |
When the breath wanders the mind also is unsteady. But when the breath is calmed the mind too will be still, and the yogi achieves long life. Therefore, one should learn to control the breath.
Hatha Yoga Pradipika |
Ahimsa, the yogic practice of non violence must be adhered to when engaging in the practice of hatha yoga. Respect your body's limitations and inner wisdom, if something feels wrong or dangerous, please do not do it.
Please consult your health care practitioner before starting a yoga, pranayama or other exercise program.
