| NEW-Hello!
|
|
|
Hello all,
I am Samantha Miller and I am currently deployed to Iraq with the Army. I was majorly into yoga before I left for the army, and I am hoping to get back into it. It is hard to have a schedule (days I want to do yoga stuff) with the army, because everything changes so often. Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself to other yoga interesties.

Yogic Wisdom |
The best things in life are nearest: Breath in your nostrils, light in your eyes, flowers at your feet, duties at your hand, the path of right just before you. Then do not grasp at the stars, but do life's plain, common work as it comes, certain that daily duties and daily bread are the sweetest things in life.
Robert Louis Stevenson |
Ahimsa, the yogic practice of non violence must be adhered to when engaging in the practice of hatha yoga. Respect your body's limitations and inner wisdom, if something feels wrong or dangerous, please do not do it.
Please consult your health care practitioner before starting a yoga, pranayama or other exercise program.
