yoga philosophy
Can anyone help? As a yoga teacher in the uk, I am interested in learning more about yoga philosophy. I am trying to find a book to explain the yoga vedas and upanishads in a simple easy format to umderstand. If you can help it is greatly appreciated. Thank you. Namaste Lizzie

Re:yoga philosophy
Check out Eknath Easwaran's Bhagavad Gita and Upanishads books. His Gita has great introductions to core yoga philosophy and he is a gifted writer and spiritual teacher.
