I am not new to yoga but am new to the site and wanted to drop a quick hello!
I am a yoga instructor and I found yogabasics.com while looking for ideas while putting together a sequence for my class. I am truly enjoying exploring the site and I hope to connect with some other yogis on here! It's nice to find a place with fresh ideas both in hatha practice and philosophy, meditation, etc.
