I am a total newbie to the world of yoga. I have the skill to play the piano, write a decent story, and do a few basic yoga sequences, but this kind of thing takes experience gained from long years of practice. As a young teen, I hardly have that kind of thing to help me figure out all the best parts of yoga. Anyone have any good ideas to help me out a bit?

Hi Warrior,
It sounds like you might want to apply your creative side to the practice of yoga. If so there is a lot to play and experiment with. A yoga sequence is similar to a music composition, so I would suggest that you practice the individual notes (asanas and pranayamas) first and then see how you and sequence them to create a beautiful song.

Yogic Wisdom |
Make it a habit to tell people thank you. To express your appreciation, sincerely and without the expectation of anything in return. Truly appreciate those around you, and you'll soon find many others around you. Truly appreciate life, and you'll find that you have more of it
