Hello world!
I'm new to here, as well as to yoga (well, kinda sorta new to yoga, it's a complex story).
You can call me "Bones" or "Holmes", whichever you prefer.
In case you can't guess, I'm a huge fan of Star Trek (among other things).
If I missed anything, just ask and I'll get back to you eventually.

Re:Hello world!
Hey Bones, welcome to the site! Please do not post any irrelevant links as it will just waste both of our time and eventually get you banned from the message board.

Re:Hello world!
Is the fact that I started giggling at the phrase "irrelevant links" a bad thing?
Not that I needed to be reminded of proper behaviors for the internet (I loathe* spammers).

*Not sure if "loathe" really is the right word to describe my feelings towards spammers.

EDIT: And thank you for the welcome.
