have a question
Hi All,

Last year I had an accident and dislocated my knee (patella) and had 2 operations since now. My knee is getting better now, but not sure If I can start again to yoga.

I believe that it won't cause a problem if I start again. But which asanas I shouln't try? Any idea?

btw, love the website!

Re:have a question
Hi lethe,

I would start by focusing on building strength around your knees by using standing poses, especially ones with lunges (Warrior type poses). I would avoid any poses that put pressure on your knees (like camel) and would avoid hip openers with bent knees (like bound angle and pigeon).
Namaste,
Timothy
