Yes i am vegetarian. I absolutely love it. I do it for health and for non-violence reasons. I'm very happy there are ppl on here who are vegetarian and/or vegan as well.

Re:is anyone else a vegetarian??
About 70% of the time yes I am vegetarian but I love chicken & fish too much to give them up. Have hardly eaten red meat for many years (once or twice a year if someone else has cooked it). I definitely have more energy not eating red meat and have poor digestion when I do eat it. But a basically vegetarian diet plus chicken or fish on occasional days has kept me very healthy for years. I just need to practice yoga to tone me up!

Hi! I am! Since age 13. I really believe I was not meant to eat meat. For non-violence reasons mainly!

Yogic Wisdom
There are three classes of devotees. The lowest one says, "God is up there," and he points to heaven. The mediocre devotee says that God dwells in the heart as the "Inner Controller." But the highest devotee says: "God alone has become everything. All things that we perceive are so many forms of God."
Sri Ramakrishna

Ahimsa, the yogic practice of non violence must be adhered to when engaging in the practice of hatha yoga. Respect your body's limitations and inner wisdom, if something feels wrong or dangerous, please do not do it.
Please consult your health care practitioner before starting a yoga, pranayama or other exercise program.
