Re:Am I fooling myself?
First of all, congratulations for making the decision to start yoga; and more so, for sticking with it. I think it's wonderful that you're feeling benefits, physically and spiritually. I believe that our journey and experience with yoga is a deeply individual one. Perhaps for some, it takes one try for them to feel inner peace: as in they've found the key to tranquility, a calling of sorts. For others, it may take several ups and downs, days or month or even years, to begin to appreciate yoga.

As others here have suggested, please do listen to your body and mind. They know best!

Re:Am I fooling myself?
I have only started this week and already i feel so much better during my day. Listen to how you feel just depends on your on ability to accept the concepts of yoga.

Yogic Wisdom
The meaning of our self is not to be found in its separateness from God and others, but in the ceaseless realisation of yoga, of union; not on the side of the canvas where it is blank, but on the side where the picture is being painted.
