How old are you? If you are under 50, you should feel full of energy in general unless there is something that bothers you.

How much do you exercise each day? 30 minutes or an hour? Are you exercising too much? There are lot of questions to ask and many factors that affect your energy level and you feel different each day which is normal.

My wife and I do yoga 20 minutes a day. Usually in the early evening. Then we do swimming for 15 laps. That's just the right amount exercise for us. Watch videos, get some good books to read also help.

-Good luck! Matt

Re:How to get started.
Maybe you should start by seeing your doctor, just to rule out any underlying medical issue that may be causing fatigue.

If you are cleared by a doctor, you should focus next on your diet. Make sure you are eating lots of fruits, vegetables, lean meats (if you are not a vegetarian), and complex carbohydrates like brown rice.

I do believe that a daily yoga practice will increase your energy levels. In addition to stimulating blood flow and energy movement throughout the body, it should improve the quality of your sleep.

And finally, stress can cause fatigue. Daily meditation can really help to relieve stress.
