Dear Hershey5432,

If it was not for our paying members we would not have the funds to continue to maintain and add new content to the site. There is quite a lot of free content on the site, including the basic sequences. More advanced and specialized content has been created specifically for our premium members.

I find that a lot of the sequences are very similar if not the same. i do enjoy the site and i don't mind the fee at all i wouldlove to see some diffenrt sequeneces with differnt postures in them though especially since you offer instruction on so many. I use your sequences in my yoga classes sometime and the participants really like them.

Thank you for this sequence. This works well with athletes with tight hamstrings that cannot sit in easy pose or child pose and this is challenging and yet simple.
