    Yes, this would be a good sequence to use for Asthma, but I would also recommend you add a few of the poses from this list too:

    Namaste!!!
    Could you please suggest any yoga sequence for Hyper tension?
    Is it advisable to practice Surya Namaskar by person having hyper tension?

    Please help me understand.
