    Just finishing up Teacher training and looking for great resources!

    Having severe acidity/burning and sometimes pain in stomach.

      You need to go see a MD to make sure there is nothing serious wrong with your stomach. Then, I would recommend a calming and relaxing yoga practice over what is described on this post.
