    I am a 20 years old girl with height 4′ 11″. I am 44 kg and i want to lose weight ( at least 5 kg). Can i get some information about wat are the yoga asanas that i need to do to lose weight?

    The picture on pose #25 does not match the title of the pose or the description. It calls for a boat.

    Again the same stuff as in ALL the sequences!!!so little variety…Amazing

    poornima – I understand that some of the sequences are similar, but there are only so many ways to sequence the same pool of beginning to intermediate level poses. Many of the poses are done in a similar order as that is the most intelligent way to do them.

    Please let me know how you would like to see them different?

    Hi Timothy and everyone, I love to see such an engaged community. I started with yoga not long ago… I did it to support my girlfriend’s decision to have a healthier life. I’ll be honest, yoga is not my favorite fitness activity but my girlfriend has never been happier. This is the program that we joined, if anyone thinks it worth to take a look, please go ahead.
