Winter Yoga & Meditation Retreat - Costa Rica

Come join us on a 8-day yoga retreat at the Finca Luna Nueva Eco-Lodge and Rainforest Spa in San Ramon, Costa Rica. Enjoy morning and afternoon yoga practices led by Timothy Burgin, while having plenty of free time to relax and explore the beautiful Rainforest, get a relaxing spa treatment (massage, facial, reflexology), or go on an amazing adventure excursion (kayaking, rafting, waterfall and volcano treks, canyoneering, horseback riding, canopy zip line tours).
Finca Luna Nueva is a sustainable eco-retreat with rustic yet luxurious accommodations situated on the edge of the Costa Rican rain forest and 35 minutes from the world-famous Arenal Volcano in La Fortuna. The retreat grounds include an ozonated swimming pool and solar heated jacuzzi, organic restaurant, sacred seeds sanctuary, organic gardens, certified organic biodynamic farm and health spa.
Winter is a time of deep stillness and inner reflection. We can use winter’s introspective energy to gain clarity and insight to achieve spiritual growth and understanding. Willpower and determination are required to look deep into the darkness of this season to face our deepest fears, discover our hidden realms, and unlock our unconscious minds. In this week long retreat we will practice daily meditation and use specifically tailored yoga practices and sequences to create inner-strength, tranquility, focus and contemplation during this powerful time of year.

Single or Double occupancy in simple yet elegant accommodations are offered, and prices range from $1,375 to $1,545. (If you are coming by yourself and want double occupancy we can assist with pairing you with a suitable roommate)
Pricing includes 3 meals per day, WiFi, daily maid service, ground transportation to and from SJO airport, all taxes and use of the Ozonated Pool and Solar Heated Jacuzzi as well as three guided tours (Organic Farm Tour, Sacred Seed Tour and Rainforest Mystery Tour). Air transportation and gratuities are not included.
A $600 deposit will reserve your space for you, and full payment is required 60 days prior to the retreat start date. By signing up for the retreat you are agreeing to all of our retreat policies.
