I Am Love – A Video to Wake Us Up

I Am Love – A Video to Wake Us Up

Published on October 30, 2015

“Every day I set an intention to recognize and remember my basic connection to myself, to the Universe and last but not least, to the source,” Melissa Ghattas says to begin the video ‘I AM LOVE | Vinyasa Flow with Melissa Ghattas.’

In the video Melissa Ghattas, an experienced E-RYT 500 Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor who lives in Dubai, practices Vinyasa Flow by herself and then in the studio with other yogis. While Melissa’s movements are graceful and inspiring, her voiceover and the music are what shine in this video. She reminds us that yoga is a practice of discovery and a faithful commitment to living more consciously.

This video was filmed and edited by Alessandro Sigismondi, the man behind the scenes at the popular YouTube channel, My Yoga TV.
