Inspiring Video: 2 Dudes Do Acro

Published on September 30, 2016

Acro yoga always inspires us with its balance of strength, elegance, play, and trust. It takes courage to surrender and fully trust someone to hold you up. We especially love this flow of two male yogis (Kadri Kurgun and Jason Nemer, co-founder of AcroYoga) practicing acro and supporting each other. This video (produced by Wanderlust Festival and shot on location at Wanderlust Oahu) reminds us that through pure authentic play and trust we can help each other break through our shadows to find clarity.
