Do you consider mindfulness a superpower? You might after watching this wonderful animated video created by Happify. Author and narrator Dan Harris explains the concept of mindfulness and how it allows one to respond wisely and not reactively to life experiences. He clearly explains the basics of mindfulness and how it just may become as routine and accepted as brushing your teeth and eating well. Aside from the basic introduction to mindfulness, we can’t help but love the characters in this video, including the unicorns and rainbows.
