Inspiring AcroYoga Sequence Video

Published on February 25, 2014

Check out this amazing short video of an AcroYoga sequence, filmed in Israel and performed by Noga Schwartz and Roi Silberberg. They artfully filmed the sequence in several locations then edited the footage into a single flow with a great soundtrack.

AcroYoga is type of partner yoga that combines yoga poses with acrobatics. The “base” yogi is supported by the earth, usually on his/her back, while the “flyer” yogi is supported by the base yogi’s limbs into holding elevated yoga poses. Have you practiced AcroYoga before? I bet you want to try it now!
