I took up yoga a year ago for my own well being. I suffer with mental health and yoga is the only thing I’ve found to help ease my racing mind. Whether I win or not I just want people to know how great yoga can be for everyone out there. Peace and love

I love yoga! I can’t say enough about what it has done to change my life. Yoga has changed me, making life simpler and much more enjoyable, for not only myself but for everyone I love. I’ve had anxiety for years and yoga has quieted the chaos for me, which is something that medication couldn’t accomplish. In the silence I was finally able to realize who I truly am. This knowledge and deep truth filled my heart with a loving light that overflows into the lives of everyone I come into contact with. I am forever grateful! Namaste. :)
