Yoga Poses for Stomachache and Indigestion

Stomachaches and Indigestion usually occurs when we eat too much or eat the wrong foods. Abdominal massaging postures strengthen and regulate energy in the abdomen, stimulate peristalsis and tone and massage the internal organs. Hip Opening Poses will activate and strengthen the digestive system. Side bending poses will activate the Liver, Gall Bladder and Stomach energy channels to move any stuck energy in the abdomen.
