A holistic approach to improving both partner’s general health is essential to successfully conceive a healthy child. Yoga Postures Yoga can be used to balance hormonal problems as well as stimulate and strengthen the reproductive organs. Use yoga poses from our complete list of Postures for Infertility and work with our Pose Sequence for Infertility. Pranayama Use Dirga and Nadi Sodhana Pranayamas to reduce stress and anxiety. Use Kapalabhati Pranayama to boost energy and circulate energy in the abdomen. Meditation Meditation reduces stress, calms the mind, and activate and balance the brain centers that regulate the levels of neurotransmitters and most hormones in the body.
