Dan Harris, ABC News correspondent, meditator and author, explains the science and neuroscience benefits of daily meditation in this short entertaining video. He specifically describes how meditation changes our brain’s Default Mode Network, to allow meditators to be more focused in the present moment throughout the day. Harris daringly predicts meditation is going to be the next big public health revolution, becoming a “no-brainer” to improving health and happiness.
